One of the Wyoming Valley’s most revered lead guitar players, Bob Bartoli (a.k.a “Rusty Barr”) literally lights up the stage whenever he has a guitar in his hands.  But the excitement doesn’t stop there.  Bob is also one of the hottest pedal steel guitar players the area has ever produced.  His improvisational skills are legend, and Rusty's playing lends an unmistakable, trademark quality to the Abilene sound.

He is often the match that lights the fuse and takes an Abilene performance to the next level, which is probably why he’s remained such a fan favorite to this day.  Whether you know him as “Rusty”, or just plain “Bob”, Bartoli continues to deliver the goods each time he walks out on stage.
